Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 2023 Inductees: Unforgettable Class Makes Its Mark

Somewhere, a dive bar in Santa Monica is raising a toast in her honor.

Missy Elliott, the unstoppable hip-hop innovator, is making history as the first female rapper to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. From "The Rain (Supa Dupa Fly)" to "Work It," Missy has consistently pushed boundaries and redefined the genre. We can only hope that she celebrates with a gravity-defying performance, complete with her iconic trash bag outfit.

George Michael, the late, great pop icon, is being posthumously inducted into the Hall of Fame. His legendary career, which included Wham! and his successful solo work, left an indelible mark on the music world.
